Una carta de venta que otorgaron Pedro López Halhaza y Alonso Halhaza a favor de este Monasterio de una viña-carmen con su casa, árboles y una fuente, con un pozo anexo a dicho carmen y unos aceytunos, en la Alcudia, junto a Cartuja vieja, por ante Bernardino Xarafi, escribano público, y asimismo la posesión que se tomó en e 15 de diziembre de 1514. Item, está por caveza el testamento de Diego López, padre de los vendedores, que justifica su pertenencia, otorgado a 6 de marzo de 1514, ante Juan Rael, escribano.
